Getting Started at MTM CrossFit couldn’t be easier. CrossFit is for everyone and we’ve worked hard to make sure you can start CrossFit and get excellent results no matter your previous exposure to CrossFit.
Brand new to CrossFit and not really sure what all this is about
Contact us for your FREE Introductory workout or come to one of our FREE Classes held every Saturday at 11AM. We’ll get you warmed up and put you through a fully supervised CrossFit workout. Schedule my FREE intro
I want to start at MTM CrossFit
Everyone takes Basics Classes for their first two weeks. Starting on the first Monday of each month, Morning or Evening, MWF. We’ll go over the Fundamental Movements, do a Beginner’s CrossFit workout, and discuss other important aspects of CrossFit. Sign me up to start at MTM CrossFit
Your first month includes 6 Basics Classes over 2 weeks then 2 weeks of Unlimited CrossFit Group Classes (WODs). Each Basics Class has specific content and as such it’s important that you attend each one. If a class is missed it needs to be made up when it is offered again in the next cycle, but don’t worry we’ll back fill information as needed to keep you training.
Join MTM CrossFit WOD Classes
Finish out your first month at MTM CrossFit with unlimited CrossFit WOD (Work Out of the Day) Classes at any of their scheduled times. As we’ll discuss in the Beginner’s Classes ALL CrossFit workouts are scaled to your capabilities to ensure they are the safest and most effective way for you to progress to your goals. Revisit a Beginner’s Class anytime to brush up on a set of movements you want to work on or stop by the Olympic Lifting, Gymnastics, or Endurance Training classes held throughout the week.
Dude, I’ve been doing CrossFit for like ever, I’m ELITE, do I have to take those Beginner’s Classes
No, but you will need to schedule a time to TEST OUT of them, unless you’re CF-L1 then you’re good to go. Schedule my TEST
