A couple dates to keep in mind:

May 19 – 11AM – Moving Day. One final WOD in our original space and then we move it all next door. Paleo(ish) picinic to follow at Kim’s!
May 20 – 10AM – Train with the trainer’s – Starting new we’ll be having an advanced WOD on Sunday’s with the trainers. This WOD must be done rx.d.
May 26 – 12PM – Paleo talk – We’ll be starting a Paleo Challenge June 1st (more details to follow) and this talk will go over principles of Paleo and the structure of the challenge.
May 27 – 9AM – The HAMMY WOD
Jun 2 – 1PM – MTM CrossFit Firebreather Challenge.
Jun 8 – All Day – CrossFit for Hope
